2. Registration and Attendance
All participants must register through the official registration form. Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
2.1 Registration and Payment
- By registering for the conference, you agree to pay the applicable fees as specified on the official website.
- Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your conference pass.
- The pass is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another individual.
2.2 Photography, Audio, and Video Recording
- By attending the conference, you acknowledge and agree that your image or voice (incl. Interviews, talks etc) may be recorded.
- IKSHA and its partners have the right to use, distribute, broadcast, or disseminate your likeness, voice, and name in various media without additional approval or compensation.
- This includes the right to edit and distribute the recordings in any format.
2.3 Termination of Participation
We reserve the right to terminate your participation if:
- Your behavior disrupts or causes a nuisance at the conference.
- You pose a security or safety threat.
- You violate these Terms and Conditions.
- The allocated number of passes for your category is no longer available.
- Individuals violating event policies may be denied entry without a refund.
3. Responsibilities and Obligations
3.1 General Obligations
You must comply with all applicable laws while attending and participating in the conference.
3.2 Insurance
- Attendees are responsible for obtaining their own insurance coverage.
- IKSHA is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained at the conference.
3.3 Limitation of Liability
- The opinions and views expressed by speakers at the conference are their own and do not represent the views of IKSHA.
- Conference materials are provided for informational purposes only and should not be solely relied upon.
- Our liability, if any, is limited to the registration fee paid by you.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 Cancellation by Attendees
- Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable to other participants.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
4.2 Cancellation by IKSHA
- If IKSHA cancels the event for any reason, attendees will receive a 100% credit of the registration fee paid.
- Fully paid registrations are not transferable within the same organization.
4.3 Payment Issues
- If a payment has been deducted but the registration is incomplete, please contact us at the email address provided.
- We will verify the transaction and issue the pass within 15 business days.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- Upon successful payment, the conference pass will be sent via email to the registered email address. If you do not receive it within 15 days, please contact us.
- Since the conference is an in-person event, there are no physical products to be shipped. Any conference materials, if applicable, will be provided digitally via email or the conference portal.
6. Modifications and Alterations
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at our sole discretion, at any time.
- It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for updates.
- Certain changes may require advance notice under applicable laws.
