SUBMISSION OF PAPERS

Submission Process:

• Extended Abstracts: Applicants must first submit an extended abstract of around 500 words.
• Full Paper Drafts: Only those whose abstracts are accepted will need to submit their full paper drafts.

How to Submit:

Applications must be submitted via the online form available. Please note, that submissions sent via email will not be considered. For clarifications, write to us at conference@theiksha.org

Important Dates:

• 4 SEP 2024: Announcement of call for Papers
• 15 NOV 2024: Submission of Extended Abstracts
• 30 NOV 2024: Abstract Acceptance Announcement
• 30 MARCH 2025: Submission of Full Paper Drafts
• 30 APRIL 2025: Drafts Acceptance Announcement

Note: Early submissions for both abstracts and full paper drafts are encouraged for a more effective review process.

Travel and Lodging for Presenters:

• All authors of accepted papers will be provided with accommodation and local travel support.
• Selected applicants will receive domestic round-trip economy airfare.
• Presenters are expected to attend the entire conference.
